This roadmap is derived from the current PRD and repository implementation status. Dates are not committed here because no approved delivery calendar was found in the current codebase.

Suggested Sequencing

  1. Stabilize auth scope and role-based access across backend, web and mobile.
  2. Complete farm, pond, crop, alert and farming-log flows to remove placeholder states.
  3. Harden IoT ingestion, command acknowledgement and operational monitoring.
  4. Complete reporting automation and notification templates.
  5. Implement AI chatbot and AI feeding only after canonical data, handbook references and permissions are stable.
