Process

1. Confirm release scope and feature status.
2. Freeze PRD/release notes for the release candidate.
3. Complete CI checks.
4. Complete regression and UAT.
5. Review migrations, config and rollback notes.
6. Deploy to target environment.
7. Run post-release validation.
8. Publish release notes and update changelog.

Release Rule

Do not mark planned or partial features as released unless implementation and test evidence exist.
